JOLLIBEE Foods Corp. (JFC) is partnering with a United States-based firm to bring Panda Express restaurants in the Philippines.
JFC told the Philippine Stock Exchange on Thursday it would form a 50-50 joint venture (JV) company with Panda Restaurant Group Inc., which will have an authorized capital stock of $5 million or P270 million. The JV firm was not named.
