JOLLIBEE Foods Corp. has completed its acquisition of a 47-percent stake in US-based Mexican restaurant Tortas Frontera for $12.4 million.
In a disclosure on Friday, the fast-food giant said it finished the transaction on December 21. It bought the stake in cash.
