JOLLIBEE Foods Corp. now completely owns United States-based burger chain Smashburger after acquiring the latter’s remaining 15-percent stake for $10 million (P526 million).
In a disclosure on Friday, the listed fastfood giant said it bought the stake in cash from Smashburger parent company SJBF LLC through its subsidiary Bee Good! Inc. (BGI)
