FORMER Makati mayor Jejomar Erwin “Junjun” Binay Jr. on Tuesday filed his certificate of candidacy (CoC) for Makati mayor, accompanied by his sister Sen. Nancy Binay.
This means that Junjun Binay will go head-to-head with incumbent and older sister Mar-Len Abigail who previously asked him not to run.
