Sen. Joseph Victor “JV” Ejercito thanked President Rodrigo Duterte for approving the funds for the improvement of health facilities under the 2019 national budget.
“I was confident that programs to upgrade health services would be supported by the President. I was certain all along that the funds, which I had proposed to be included in the budget for the improvement and expansion of health facilities, and also for the provision of medical equipment, would not be vetoed by the President,” Ejercito said in a statement.
