THE Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE) created a special task force to run after illegal recruiters amid reports that they continue to proliferate and threaten Filipino workers.
Labor Secretary Silvestre Bello 3rd issued Administrative Order (AO) 551 creating a DOLE Task Force against illegal recruitment, recruitment of minor workers, and trafficking in persons.
