THE province of Lanao del Norte has been placed under red alert status following heavy rains and increased water levels in rivers caused by tropical depression “Falcon.”
Based on the report of the Regional Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Council (RDRRMC) in Northern Mindanao, Lanao del Norte Gov. Imelda Dimaporo has declared the red alert status and instructed all municipalities to activate their respective Emergency Operations Centers.
