LBC Express Holdings, Inc. has acquired 50-percent ownership of LBC Mabuhay Brunei after purchasing 500 shares worth $225,965 (P12.22 million).
In a disclosure on Monday, the listed logistics and remittance service company said each share cost $451.93 (P24,440).
