BACOLOD CITY: A 13-year-old boy died, while two others were seriously wounded after a lightning struck their cottage at a beach resort in Barangay Miranda, Pontevedra, Negros Occidental on Sunday.
Authorities identified the fatality as Leonard Deles, while one of the wounded was Hob Deles, 46. The third victim, a five-year-old girl, was not named.
