Luzon International Premier Airport Development Corporation (Lipad) would soon start leading the operations and maintenance (O&M) of Clark International Airport, the Department of Transportation said.
Transport Secretary Arthur Tugade said recently the government would turnover the O&M to Lipad, formerly North Luzon Airport Consortium, by August 16.
