DEFENSE Secretary Delfin Lorenzana on Tuesday clarified that the was not the one who provided the amnesty documents of Sen. Antonio Trillanes 4th to the Office of the Solicitor General.
In a text message to reporters, Lorenzana said he only told Solicitor General Jose Calida that the Department of National Defense (DND) possessed the amnesty records of Trillanes and his comrades from the Magdalo group of mutineers.
