ALL THREE Balangiga bells are now in Guam and will be ready for return to the Philippines next week, Defense Secretary Delfin Lorenzana disclosed on Tuesday.
Lorenzana will receive the bells on December 11 during a turnover ceremony at the Villamor Air Base in Pasay City.
