CAPALONGA, Camarines Norte: An election protest was filed by the husband of a losing mayoral candidate in this town before the Regional Trial Court Branch 64 in Labo, Camarines Norte, alleging massive vote-buying and harassment.
Senandro Jalgalado filed the protest on behalf of his wife Editha, against Luz Ricasio who won with 7, 872 votes over the 7,230 votes of Jalgalado.
