A low pressure area (LPA) and two tropical storms will continue to enhance monsoon rains over Luzon on Tuesday, the state-run weather bureau said.
According to the Philippine Atmospheric Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa), the LPA is 760 kilometers (km) east-northeast of Basco, Batanes as of 6 a.m. and is unlikely to develop into a tropical depression.
