THE arraignment of an alleged drug lord was suspended after he failed to appear before a local court on Tuesday.
Acting presiding Judge Gina Bibat-Palamos of the Makati City Regional Trial Court Branch 65 deferred Peter Lim's arraignment while his co-accused Kerwin Espinosa Jr and Marcelo Adoro were arraigned.
