Philippine Infradev Holdings, Inc., formerly known as IRC Properties Inc., has seen its share price soar this year, a development analysts have attributed to the property firm’s having bagged a deal to built a subway in Makati.

It hasn’t been all good, however, with a nine-month loss also said to be holding back further gains, although year-to-date the firm is still up 206 percent.
