A VITAL stretch of the Manila Bay has been declared a “no sail zone” as part of security measures being implemented for the arrival of Chinese President Xi Jinping on Tuesday.
Lt. Cmdr. Arman Balilo, spokesman, Philippine Coast Guard said that the area covered was 3,000 yards from the shoreline, stretching from Pier 15 in Manila up to the Philippine International Convention Center (PICC) in Pasay City.
