CONCESSIONAIRE Manila Water Inc., on Friday said that it was studying the proposal of the Metropolitan Waterworks and Sewerage System (MWSS) to suspend water bills or issue rebates to customers affected by the water shortage in Metro Manila and Rizal province.
Ferdinand de la Cruz, president and chief executive officer of Manila Water, told DZBB that they would meet with officials of the MWSS, including chief regulator Patrick Ty, over the matter on Monday.
