“We are encouraging companies to operate cruise ships in the Philippines. By kickstarting the cruise-shipping industry, we aim to advance [the] local maritime industry [by] boosting...Philippine tourism,” Marina Administrator Rey Leonardo Guerrero said in a statement on Wednesday.
