TEN months after losing the International Boxing Federation (IBF) light flyweight belt, former world titleholder Milan Melindo will be challenging undefeated Japanese World Boxing Council (WBC) light flyweight champion Ken Shiro on Sunday at the Arena in Yokohama.

Melindo, 30, will be making his return to the ring after losing his IBF belt on New Year’s Eve to Japanese Ryoichi Taguchi via unanimous decision in Tokyo, Japan. And now, another opportunity has come for Melindo to become a world titleholder again.
