CHIEF Supt. Guillermo Eleazar, regional director of National Capital Region Police Office (NCRPO), on Friday noon defended the decision of police to arrest the three lawyers who were monitoring a drug operation at a bar in Makati City.
"They were intimidating and harassing police personnel there. Policemen are scared of legal troubles but when they see that they are being insulted, especially the lawyers of a drug den, then they have no choice," Eleazar said in Filipino.
