BACOLOD CITY: A camp used by the New People’s Army to manufacture homemade explosives was over ran by joint forces of the military and police in Sitio Cabilocan, Barangay Cabadiagan, Sipalay City, Negros Occidental.
After receiving reports on the presence of armed men in the area, a joint combat operation was launched early Sunday morning composed of troopers from the 15th Infantry Battalion, Striking Force of Regional Mobile Force Battalion 7, 1st Platoon of 65th Special Action Company and 6th Special Action Force of the Philippine National Police (PNP).
