THE Filipino-Chinese Mislatel consortium remains hopeful in receiving from the National Telecommunications Commission (NTC) next month the permit to operate in the country to further accelerate its network development.

In a filing on Friday, Chryss Alfonsus V. Damuy, president and chief executive officer of consortium member Chelsea Logistics and Infrastructure Holdings Corp., said they were “really hoping to get everything fixed by July.”
