MISS Universe 2018 Catriona Gray will meet President Rodrigo Duterte "as soon as she arrives" in the country, Malacañang said on Wednesday.
Speaking to reporters, Palace spokesman Salvador Panelo confirmed that Gray would pay a courtesy call to the President.
