THE METROPOLITAN Manila Development Authority (MMDA) is monitoring the Ayala Tunnel along EDSA after a partition that covers its wall on the northbound lane collapsed because of a possible leak in one of the embedded water pipes.
The wooden panel board affixed to a steel mesh reportedly fell on Monday at 3 p.m., occupying at least two lanes and causing a gridlock in the area, MMDA Special Operations Chief Edison “Bong” Nebrija said.
