THE Metropolitan Manila Development Authority (MMDA) on Wednesday said it would modify its service bridge on top of the EDSA-Metro Rail Transit Line 3 in Kamuning, which drew flak for its steep design.
Bong Nebrija, MMDA special operations chief, said the agency decided to add a “landing” in the middle of the 13.8-meter high steel bridge on Scout Borromeo St. to break the structure into two smaller bridges.
