AN unidentified woman, who appeared puzzled and depressed, jumped off a sea vessel with her seven-month old baby boy in Dipolog City, Zamboanga del Norte on Friday.
Lt. Junior Grade Michael John Encina, spokesman of the Philippine Coast Guard in Central Visayas (PCG-7), said the woman was seen walking aimlessly at about 8 a.m. at the corridor of passenger ship MV Lady of Joy, which departed the Port of Cebu going to Dipolog earlier.
