Twenty-two families or 93 persons were affected in San Fernando, Pampanga by monsoon rains enhanced by typhoon “Domeng” (Maliksi), the National Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Council (NDRRMC) reported on Tuesday.
The NDRRMC monitored 10 incidents upon the entry and exit of Domeng in the Philippine Area of Responsibility.
