PROPERTY firms should develop hostel projects in key areas in Metro Manila to take advantage of the rising tourist arrivals, a global real estate services firm said.

In a recent report, Colliers International Philippines said developers should build cheaper accommodations in the suburbs of central business districts (CBD) such as the peripheries of Makati City, Fort Bonifacio in Taguig, and Ortigas Center in Pasig City.
