THE Manila police announced alternate routes for motorists from Monday to Wednesday to pave the way for a “peaceful” celebration of the Feast of the Black Nazarene.

In an advisory, the Manila District Traffic Enforcement Unit (MDTEU) announced the closure of the southbound lane of Quezon Blvd., from A. Mendoza/Fugoso to Plaza Miranda and the westbound lane of España Boulevard from P. Campa to Lerma Street on Monday from 11 a.m. onwards for the procession
