METRO Pacific Tollways Corp. (MPTC) has invested P4 billion to improve its roads in Luzon.
According to MPTC President and Chief Executive Officer Rodrigo Franco, the investment would help bolster these roads’ capacity, particularly the Subic-Clark-Tarlac Expressway (SCTEx).
