BACOLOD CITY: Murder charges were filed against 30 people, including a municipal councilor, linked to the ambush of the campaign convoy of the vice mayor of Moises Padilla town in Negros Occidental which killed a councilor and a former councilor.
Col. Romeo Baleros, Negros Occidental police director, said charges of murder, double murder and attempted murder were filed against the suspects, most of them “John Does.”
