MANILA Police District (MPD) Director Rolando Anduyan will be transferred to the Northern Police District (NPD) amid a controversy over a rookie policeman who was accused of raping the 15-year old daughter of a drug suspect.
An order released by Police Deputy Director General Camilo Cascolan said that Anduyan’s transfer would be effective on November 17.
