The Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA) is ready to implement the Philippine Identification System (PhilSys) and is expected to issue the first identification cards (IDs) in September.
PSA officials informed the House Oversight Committee on Population and Family Relations that PhilSys registration will start in September.
