THE director of the National Bureau of Investigation (NBI) in Bulacan and four others were arrested for alleged extortion in Makati City, police said on Friday.
The suspects were identified as Bulacan NBI Director Ruther Mendoza and his alleged accomplices Jonar Diga, Marcelino Bulacan, Kim Jeric and Dina Joson.
