THE Department of Energy (DoE) has extended the deadline for the filing of application to explore and develop petroleum resources in the Philippines at the request of investors.
In November last year, the DoE formally launched the Philippine Conventional Energy Contracting Program (PCECP) which would allow the government to facilitate applications and the awarding of service contracts.
