A new Kabayan lawmaker took his oath on Wednesday at the House of Representatives, replacing Rep. Ciriaco Calalang who passed away after a massive stroke.
Paul Hernandez, the fourth nominee of Kabayan party-list and its new representative, has been a Cavite-based evangelical pastor since 2000.
