CASINO tycoon Kazuo Okada has vowed to exhaust all legal remedies after a local tribunal upheld warrants of arrest against him and a former executive of the Okada Manila integrated resort.

In a statement over the weekend, Okada said he and Takahiro Usui, former chief operating officer of Okada Manila operator Tiger Resort Leisure and Entertainment Inc. (TRLEI), would continue to fight the allegations against them after the Parañaque Regional Trial Court (RTC) 257 denied on May 6 their Jan. 7, 2019 request to quash the warrants.
