The Office of the Ombudsman has not seen any red flag in connection with an alleged flood-control scam in Sorsogon, Bicol, as it has not yet conducted an investigation, Ombudsman Samuel Martires said in a statement issued on Thursday.
The Ombudsman added that they were only in the process of gathering documents.
