ANGELES CITY: The Ospital Ning Angeles (ONA) officials was ordered to release 3,158 birth certificates that are being held by the hospital for failure of patients to settle their bills.
Angeles City Mayor Carmelo “Pogi” Lazatin Jr. has ordered Dr. Lorina Villanueva, OIC of ONA and its consultant, Dr. Froilan Canlas to release all birth certificates that have been kept for so long because of patients’ pending hospital bills.
