CLOSE to P10 million worth of shabu were recovered while three high-value targets for illegal drugs were arrested in separate buy busts in Bulacan and North Cotabato on Friday.
Bulacan police director Senior Supt. Chito Bersaluna said anti-narcotics operatives arrested Jeffrey Samson alias Jeff, 35, of Barangay San Jose, Hagonoy town after he received a parcel of vacuum sealed plastic containing shabu.
