The Commission on Audit (CoA) has lamented the unused P217.668-million funds for the construction of needed additional classrooms and school buildings in Davao City.
According to CoA’s annual audit report, only 25 percent or P74.48 million from the P292.15-million Special Education Fund (SEF) for the construction of school buildings was utilized by the City Government of Davao in 2018.
