Tropical Storm “Karding” (international name: “Yagi”) exited the Philippine Area of Responsibility (PAR) on Saturday afternoon but the southwest monsoon or "Habagat" will continue to bring rains over most parts of Luzon, according to the Philippine, Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa).
In a Facebook Live broadcast aired past 5 p.m on Saturday, weather specialist Samuel Duran said Karding will continue enhancing the southwest moonsoon even it moves out of the country.
