For the past two years, the Philippine Charity Sweepstakes Office (PCSO) has been conducting media forums, also known as the “Sama-samang Talakayan at Linawan” across the country.
With the objective to create a space for dialogue between representatives of the media industry — as the voice of the Filipino people — and PCSO to embody transparency regarding its accomplishments, this year’s first forum was held at the agency’s headquarters in Mandaluyong City on January 29.
