EVEN as President Rodrigo Duterte ordered the Philippine Charity Sweepstakes Office (PCSO) to stop all its games on July 26, the agency released on Monday a check for P10 million to the Northern Cagayan District Hospital for its Medical Equipment Program.
PCSO General Manager Royina Garma, represented by Emilyn Ubales, attended the event at the Cagayan Provincial Capitol.
