Philippine Charity Sweepstakes Office (PCSO) General Manager Alexander Balutan on Tuesday turned over an endowment fund of P5 million to the Veterans Memorial Medical Center (VMMC) in Quezon City.
VMMC Director Dr. Dominador M. Chiong Jr. and Dr. Mariano Mejia, chief of the medical professional staff, received the check.
