TARLAC: Given the marching order to rid the country of illegal drugs, the Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency (PDEA) is determined to cleanse 827 drug-affected barangay (villages) in Central Luzon this year.
In a statement, PDEA Regional Director Gil Pabilona, said the figure came from the 2,439 enlisted villages affected with illegal drugs, which the agency eyed to eliminate by 2022.
