BALANGA City, Bataan: Municipal, provincial and congressional candidates on Saturday signed a peace covenant at the Saint Joseph Cathedral here for honest and peaceful mid-term elections in Bataan.
The Bataan police, the Army’s 48th Infantry Battalion, the Commission on Elections and the Parish Pastoral Council for Responsible Voting sponsored the covenant.
