A bill to institutionalize funding for the Pondo sa Pagbabago at Pag-asenso (P3) program, a financing program for micro entrepreneurs, will be refiled in the Senate.
This was announced by Sen. Aquilino Pimentel 3rd on Thursday during the P3 Credit Delivery Partner Forum at the Philippine International Convention Center.
