BACOLOD CITY: The company that operates Peryahan ng Bayan outlets will file charges against officials of the National Bureau of Investigation (NBI), the Philippine Charity Sweepstakes Office (PCSO) and a judge for closing five of its outlets in Negros Occidental.
Bernard Vitriolo, legal counsel of Globaltech Mobile Online Corp., said Peryahan operations all over the country are legal based on the decision of the Court of Appeals on Feb. 15, 2019.
